Several exercises can help reduce the pain of metatarsalgia. None of them require any special equipment, so you can do them in the comfort of your home and at no cost.
Stretch Your Toes: Use your hands to stretch your toes and the balls of your feet. Doing so can help relieve pain.
Foot Arch Stretches: Use a towel to pull your foot towards you and stretch the arch of your foot. Try and do this one a day!
Basic Calf Raises: Stand on a step or box, raise your heels, and then lower them slowly.
